  • 8 oz. (225g) pasta of your choice, such as fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 lb. (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (115g) creamy mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp. (5g) dried basil
  • 1 tsp. (5g) dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until smooth. Add cooked chicken, garlic, basil, and oregano, and toss to combine.
