  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thick strips

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1.5 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
